If you stand up, cross your arms, and turn around with your back facing the puppy they should get the picture and stop biting. If they don't leave the room for a moment. Young puppies are notorious at biting your hands and those sharp puppy teeth can be very painful

Hi Eddie. Here is how to stop puppy from biting: The first thing I learned was that dogs are social animals and need a pack leader. The pack leader is the Alpha dog - his pack leader is YOU. You must behave in a way that is authoritative - meaning your voice has to let your dog know that you are in charge.
Second, yes, your dog is teething, but that's no excuse for his aggression. Give him plenty of ice cubes to chew on as this eases the pain of teething.
Third, when your dog growls because he senses you are trying to take something away from him, in a stern voice shout "NO"! Practice voice inflection and body language. Then, give him a time out in his cage and ignore him. He has to immediately see the connection between his bad behavior and the consequences.
On the other hand, when you shout "NO" and he submits, praise him lavishly and give him a treat. Positive reinforcement works wonders
There are many resources for you to learn how to stop puppy biting that use positive reinforcement. I hope this helps.
