| "Howie" is a 2-2 1/2 yr old coonhound. Location: Earlville, NY(Madison County) 1 hour from Syracuse, NY. He is neutered, up-to-date with shots (i.e. rabies, distemper). Loves attention. Good with other dogs. Good arounds cats that are good with dogs. He was a rescue from a vet clinic that was about to put him down after only 1 wk. Likes to go off and hunt. I would love to keep him if I was into hunting. He either needs someone who is willing to allow him to hunt or someone who has the time to re-train him into being a 'house pet'.
