Not too long ago, i lost a close friend. He was a White GSD and i loved him. He was only 7 months old. I was away from the weekend and then i get a phone call from my parents. He was hit by a car. He wanted to visit this dog across the street and tried to get back home with out us knowing he left. I miss him so much. We are thinking of getting another White GSD, but it hurts to think it wont be Shane running up to us and give us "hugs". Just wanted to give that story out... i've been holding it in a for bit. Dear Heather, Sorry to hear of your loss. Animals are here to teach us things, may his life teach you. May you apply your knowledge to the future. and may your knowledge multiply as you teach others.

 Whites are particularly hard to replace as they have such similar looks. Took me over 10 years to replace my white and fluffy. but one day....
