China is one country that sees dogs food - like pigs, cattle, and poultry. Well, there are some parts of the country where they only breed dogs, some parts - they eat dogs. it's not really fair to say that Chinese are brutal to dogs because they used to eat it long ago. They were just influenced by neighboring countries on breeding and taking care of dogs.
