I have a Minature Dacshund that has come out of 5 months quarantine. She is the most lovable dog (at home), but acts like a fighter dog when we take her out for walks and there are people or animals around. What can I do to calm her down when we are out

I had little trouble with my dogs in this area, but I would disciple him at any unappropiate behavior and only reward at good behavior.
